Document Description
: The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of Small Mixed-Light cannabis. The project proposes no grading and no new disturbance areas to be created. Proposed Disturbed area currently amounts to approx. 0.57 acres. The project includes four (4) 24’x75’ and one (1) 30’x100’ hoop-houses for mature canopy; six (6) 24’x75’ hoop-houses for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes: a 25’x60’ metal building used for general storage, one 10’x20’ cannabis waste and composting area, two (2) rain catchment water storage ponds for both domestic and agricultural uses (67,000 and 582,000 gallons), one (1) 500-gallon mixing tank, two (2) 1,000-gallon water storage tanks, two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, and one (1) 850-gallon water storage tank. Proposed reconfiguration activities will occur in previously disturbed areas and will not add additional acreage to the disturbed area. These activities include: installation of one (1) 2,500-gallon water storage tank for agricultural use; and repurposing the attached garage (currently used as for post-harvest processing) for harvest storage, agricultural chemical and pesticide storage, and administrative holding area. No tree or brush removal is proposed. Heavy equipment will be operated by a licensed contractor during the dry season and after the nesting season (September 1 to November 15). Special Notes: Introduction includes “a well” which is no longer proposed for installation and has previously been removed from Project Elements.
