Work will be completed on the existing graded pads and not require any additional soil work or disturbance. Currently, existing infrastructure includes: an 8’x15’ shed used for harvest storage and packaging; a 10’x12’ cannabis waste area for composting; an 8’x20’ shipping container used for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage, which contains a 2’x3’ tote used for administrative holding; 10’x12’ shed used for processing; a ground water well for agricultural use; a 550-gallon nutrient mixing tank; a 250-gallon water storage tank, a 1,000-gallon water storage tank, and two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks for agriculture; one (1) 1,500-gallon and one (1) 5,000-gallon reverse osmosis tanks.
