Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature outdoor cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 019-610-02-00. The applicant is currently seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-450). The applicant also holds a provisional Adult-Use Small Outdoor Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0004579). Currently, there are (150) - 8’x8’ raised boxes for mature outdoor canopy and a 6’x40’ non-hoophouse for immature canopy. Existing cannabis support infrastructure includes: two (2) 10’x12’ sheds used for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage, processing and administrative hold; one 8’x40’ shipping container used for harvest storage; a permitted ground water well for domestic and agricultural use; a 2,500-gallon water storage tank, a 250-gallon water storage tank, and another 2,500-gallon water storage tank for fire protection.. Proposed activities include: installation of a solar panel array to provide power for the site; change the license type to Mixed-Light Tier 1 within the next several years. Once the license type is changed, the current cultivation boxes will be removed, and two 30’x100’ greenhouses will be installed within the existing cultivation’s disturbed area. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
