Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of Small Mixed-Light cannabis. No significant changes to the cultivation site or associated activities are proposed. The project proposes to expand the designated area by 3,000 sqft in a previously developed and graded area. Disturbed area currently amounts to 16,190 sf. There are Three (3) permitted greenhouses (133’x30’ each) for mature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes: One (1) barn, 30’x33’ (990 sqft) used for packaging and processing, as well as harvest storage, One (1) shed, 20’x24’ (480 sqft) used for administrative hold, One (1) metal container, 8’x20’ (160 sqft) used for pesticide and agricultural chemical storage, One (1) metal container, 8’x20’ (160 sqft) used for secure cannabis waste storage metal container, Seven (7) 5,000-gallon tanks, Six (6) 1,500-gallon tanks water storage tanks. Proposed Infrastructure includes One (1) proposed greenhouse, 100’x30’ for a total immature canopy of 3,000 sqft; directly adjacent to the other Three (3) greenhouses.
