Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mixed-light cannabis located on Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Numbers (APNs) 012-060-23-00, 012-060-22-00, 012-060-24-00, 012-060-25-00, 012-060-26-00, and 012-060-27-00. The applicant is applying for a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License with the County (CCL-035). The project includes 10,000 sf of existing cannabis cultivated in raised beds with small temporary hoop houses which are proposed to be converted to 10,000 sf of permanent greenhouse structures for mixed-light cannabis cultivation in the same footprint. Exisiting Mature cultivation area (9,732 sf total) includes (11) 100’x6’ rows = 6,600 sf, (7) 85’x6’ rows = 3,570 sf, (1) 64’x6’ row = 384 sf, (1) 40’x6’ row = 240 f, (1) 23’x6’ row = 138 sf. Exisiting immature cultivation includes 1,800 sf (3 rows, 100’x6’ each); and 2,880 sf (96’x30’) greenhouse of proposed immature cannabis canopy. Proposed Structures also include the construction of a 100’x20’ building for processing and (4) proposed 96’x30’ greenhouses mature canopy. The project includes a total of 21,000 gallons of water storage in eight (8) tanks. Water is supplied by a permitted well that is currently installed on a spring box to fill water storage tanks above the cultivation area. There is a proposed pond located on the property, immediately west of the residence area. Additional support facilities include Two (2) 10’x12’ sheds, a 10’x15’ shed, and a 10’x10’ compost area.
