Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mixed-light cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 014-450-14-00. No new ground disturbance will occur as a result of installing the proposed shipping containers. No heavy equipment use or grading will be required to implement the Project. No significant changes to the cultivation site or associated activities are proposed. The current total area of disturbance is approximately 0.29 acres. The existing cultivation currently includes two (2) 5’x60’ hoop houses, eleven (11) 2’x20’ hoop houses, and fifteen (15) 6’x98’ hoop houses for mature cannabis; a 24’x74’ hoop house for immature canopy and an 8’x40’ shipping container utilized as an immature plant area which will become processing, then harvest storage. Other structures used to support cultivation operations include a 10’x20’ cannabis waste area, a 10.5’x12.5’ shed for agricultural chemical storage that also contains a 2’x3’ tote for administrative hold, a 10’x12’ garbage storage, four (4) 275-gallon nutrient mixing tanks and two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, and a permitted groundwater well.
