Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the continuation of existing cultivation activities located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 017-010-82-00. The applicant currently holds an Adult Use – Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) (CCL19-0005266 expires 2023-04-21) and is applying for a cannabis cultivation license from the Trinity County Planning Department (CCL-551) to cultivate up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature mixed-light canopy. The existing outdoor cultivation area is approximately 130 feet wide and 145 feet long, totaling approximately 18,850 ft2 with 10,000 ft2 of outdoor mature canopy including planter boxes of various dimensions; a 20’x30’ greenhouse for immature canopy. The proposed mixed-light cultivation area would be composed of three (3) 30’ X 100’ (3,000 ft2) greenhouses and four (4) 6’ X 84’ (504 ft2) rudimentary hoop-houses structures, totaling 11,016 ft2 of proposed mixed-light cultivation area, and would be established within the footprint of the existing outdoor cultivation area. Each greenhouse would contain two (2) 14’ X 95’ (1,330 ft2) canopy areas, and each rudimentary hoop-house structure would contain a 6’ X 84’ (504 ft2) canopy area, totaling 9,996 ft2 of proposed mature cannabis canopy. Other structures used to support cultivation operations include a 320 ft2 metal shipping/storage container, 120 ft2 wooden shed, four (4) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks, two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, a 1,500-gallon water storage tank, two (2) existing onsite groundwater wells and a 100,000-gallon off-stream water storage reservoir.
