Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature outdoor cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 024-050-069-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-159) and currently holds a provisional Adult-Use Small Outdoor Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0001456). Currently, there are twenty-three (23) 25’x 5.5 beds, one (1) 4’x17 bed, and two (2) 4’ x19’ beds are used for mature canopy for a total of approx. 3,162sqft. Existing cannabis support infrastructure includes: one (1) 8’x20’ shipping container for harvest storage; a 20’x 40’ structure containing a 6.6’x40’ processing area, a 6.6’x40’ agricultural chemical and pesticide storage area and a 6.6’ x 40 admin hold area; one (1) 10’x10’ cannabis waste area used for storage until hauled offsite for a total of approx. 1,060sqft; one permitted groundwater well for cultivation, two (2) 2,500gal, one (1) 1,500gal, two (2) 3,000gal and one (1) 250gal water storage tanks.
