Document Description
The District proposes an update to their existing SOI Plan to add 59 parcels totaling approx 271 acres. The parcels proposed to be added to the SOI are located primarily in two areas, the main area is located east of the existing service area and the other consists of three parcels located south of the service area. Additionally, the District has identified several Capital Improvement Plan projects, not directly associated with the SOI update, that will result in a physical change to the environment (i.e., construction activities). These CIP projects include isolation valve replacements/installations, meter installations at non-metered locations, water line installation, water line replacements, hydrant replacements, and service reconnections associated with water line replacements.
