This project is a set of proposed regulations that would add Chp 12 - Short-lived Climate Pollutants to Title 14, Division 7 and Title 27, Division 2 of the CA Code of Regulations, and modifying existing Title 14 and Title 27 regulations in order to protect public health and safety, and the environment by implementing and/or modifying organic waste handling, processing and disposal requirements to achieve the mandates in SB 1383.
