Document Description
The project involves the improvement and extension of Canyon Lane at Glenwood Avenue. The proposed improvement to Canyon Lane would involve regrading and paving the existing gravel roadway into a 20-foot-wide paved roadway, extending approximately 880 feet west from Glenwood Avenue. The project would also include the development of one single-family residence and would allow for the future development of the 11 remaining parcels.
