- Caltrans, in cooperation with the city of Roseville, is proposing to expand the width of the existing one-lane westbound Atlantic St/Eureka Rd I-80 on-ramp to include two metered traffic lanes and one metered high-occupancy vehicle lane, for a total of three lanes, and to replace the existing Miner's Ravine Bridge over Miner's Ravine to support the newly widened roadway.
