Document Description
The project includes improvements to the City's WWTP, including installation of a new selector and screen; completing improvements to the oxidation ditch, sludge lagoon, influent line, effluent wet well, and control building; installing four groundwater monitoring wells; construction a new outfall south of the existing outfall; and constructing a 1000 sq. ft. building for ultraviolet disinfection aging and inefficient equipment, improve the treatment process, and comply with Central Valley RWQCB requirements.
