The proposed project consists of the following: 1) install equipment at the WWTP, including a screen filtration system, improvements to the disinfection system, modifications to the existing effluent pump station, and installing equalization equipment at Pond 4; 2) in the future at the WWTP, construct a new aeration basin, modify the CEPS pumps, construct a pressurized UV system, improve the administrative and maintenance buildings, and construct on-site laboratory testing facilities; 3) once new facilities at the WWTP are installed or improved as noted above, remove the existing headworks, and administrative and maintenance buildings; 4) construct reclaimed water pipelines between the WWTP and Shannon Ranch vineyards; and 5) construct a booster pump station with a storage tank on the Shannon Ranch property.
