The project is limited to excavation of an open trench under an existing culvert crossing that conveys the flow of Lilly Creek, to replace the existing sewer trunk main. The project will require excavating of a trench approximately 5-feet wide by 5 to 8-feet deep by 15-feet long within existing fill on top of two 36-inch culverts that serve as a
crossing for Lilly Creek.
