The applicant is requesting approval of a tentative parcel map to divide a 50-acre parcel into two parcels. The parcels are proposed to be 25.17-acres and 24.83-acres in size. Both proposed lots are undeveloped. The subject property is located at 5858 Highway 49, Angels Camp. The site is bounded by the Highway 49 ROW on the east, lying along the ridge above the north shore of New Melones Reservoir.
