Document Description
The proposed project consists of 285,000 sf of cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facilities in a total of 11 buildings in the Light Industrial zone. Phase I is the renovation of the three existing buildings into cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facilities (204,000 sf). Phase II includes the construction of eight new building for an additional 81,000 sf. In addition to the renovation of the existing buildings and the construction of new buildings, the applicant would install landscaping, parking and other site improvements.
