Document Description
The Menifee Union School District is proposing to build a new middle school (Middle School No. 4) within the Audie Murphy Ranch subdivision (which was subject to previous environmental review). Middle School No. 4 consists of approx 17.6 acres of land located east of Audie Murphy Rd and south of Destry Dr in the City of Menifee. The proposed school is tentatively planned to be located within a single building with controlled entry points. The proposed school includes an estimated 45-50 classrooms. The master plan site capacity is 1,300 students in grades 6-8, and a staff projected to be approx 70. Flexible spaces are planned for both open structure and highly structured instruction. A centrally located Multi-Purpose Room will facilitate variable-sized group and/or team teaching exercises.
