Note: Review Per Lead The proposed project would involve redevelopment of the project site with a mixed-use project providing a 120 room hotel and 12,500 sf hotel amenities, up to 100 apartments (including deed-restricted affordable units and replacement rent-controlled units), 42,000 sf cultural uses, public observation deck, 35,000 sf retail/restaurant uses, subterranean parking, and open space at the ground and upper levels. The two City-designated landmarks would be relocated on site and rehabilitated for adaptive reuse.
