The project would involves acquisition and demolition of 2 residential properties; construction of 3 new buildings (one 2-story classroom building with 10 classroom; one 1-story building with 2 classrooms; and one 1-story administration building; modernization of 6 buildings including safety and security improvements, updating instruction technology, and ADA improvements; renovation of the existing administration building into a Parent Center/Classroom and Daycare building. The project would develop several new play areas and one new parking lot with 40 spaces.
