The proposed project involves the stabilization of 525 ft of embankment north of the Willey Reservoir Facility. The embankment is common between Willey Reservoir and New River. The work to stabilize the common embankment consists primarily on 1) removing an electrical pole down guy out of the work area (a new woodpole would be required). 2) sloping he embankment away from the New River, 3) lining the inside slope of the embankment with riprap, and 4) planting native vegetation at the intside crown atop the embankment. All work will be restricted to the slope of the embankment south of the New River.
