Orcutt Marketplace LLC, owner, is requesting the approval of a Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit applications to allow for development of a new mixed-use commercial center. The project site is located on a 20.04-acre portion of Key Site 1 which is located at the northwest corner of Hwy 101 and Clark Avenue in the Orcutt Community Plan Area. Key Site 1 is designated as General Commercial and zoned C-2 (Retail Commercial). The Orcutt Community Plan designates Key Site 1 as a "gateway" site for development of a commercial center.
