Present Land Use
Allow a commercial establishment for the storage and sale of gypsum and anhydrate (agricultural mineral soil supplements) on a portion of a 645.05-acre parcel in the AE-20 Zone district. This site will receive approx 220,000 tons per year of gypsum and anhydrate via existing rail spurs, store these materials on a 2.5-acre area of land, and truck these minerals to local clients.
