Document Description
The project applicant is requesting a Multi-Family Site Development Permit, tentative parcel map and a density bonus. The project would subdivide an existing 8.10-acre site into two parcels along the centerline of Los Olivos Dr (a private road) to create a 4.60-acre lot (4.24j acres net) to the west (parcel A) and a 3.50 acre lot (3.10 acres net) to the east (parcel B). Once the lot is subdivided, the western parcel (parcel A) would be redeveloped with a 100-unit affordable apartment complex. The western parcel currently has 40 units, which will be demolished in order to clear the site for construction of the 100 replacement units.
