Document Description
The project applicant proposes to construct an ARCO fueling station, restaurants and other commercial structures. The project would include four structures approx 3,800 sf, 2,800 sf, 2,500 sf and 2,641 sf in size. Proposed commercial uses would include a convenience store, full-service restaurant, quick-service restaurant, and a car wash. Site improvements would include driveways, circulation aisles, parking, landscaping, lighting and signage.
