The Project will occur at two Locations along State Route 245 between the cities of Exeter and Woodlake in Tulare County. The Location No. 1 Work Area is centered at about latitude 36.346390, longitude -119.116494, and the Location No. 2 Work Area is centered at about latitude 36.372091, longitude -119.098203. The Location No. 1 Work Area straddles the Section 23 and Section 24 section line, within Township 18 South, Range 26 East, Mount Diablo Baseline and Meridian (MDB&M). The Location No. 2 Work Area is located entirely within the west half of Section 7, Township 18 South, Range 27 East, MDB&M.
