Document Description
The proposed Mercury Lane Residential Project would result in the development of a 5-story, approximately 68-foot-tall, 141, 137-square-foot podium structure with 114 workforce housing units. Vehicular site access would be provided off of Mercury Lane. Parking would be provided in a parking garage. The project site is currently designated in the General Plan as Light Industrial and zoned Commercial-Industrial (C-M) Approval of the project would require a zone change to Planned Community (PC) Zone.
