The proposed project includes a General Plan amendment to convert 13.2 acres from LWDR-4 (Lower-Density Residential) to LDR-5 (Low Density Residential) land use designation and a change in Zone Classification from PD/R-1 10,000 (Planned Development/Single-Family Residential) with a 10,000-square-foot minimum parcel size to PD/R-1 6,000 (Planned Development/Single Family Residential) with a 6,000-square-foot minimum parcel size for the approval of a proposed Tentative Parcel Map (TR2018-0003) to create 62 lots and a Planned Development Permit (PD2018- 0013) to construct 61 single-family residences and associated basin and public open space.
