The proposed project includes a GPA to convert 13.2 acres from LWDR-4 to LDR-5 LUD and a change in zone classification from PD/R-1 10,000 with a 10,000 sf min parcel size to PD/R-1 6,000 with a 6,000 sf min parcel size for the approval of a proposed tentative parcel map (TR2018-0003) to create 62 lots and a planned development permit (PD2018-0013) to construct 61 single-family residences and associated basin and public open space on Santa Maria Way between Sunrise Dr and East Dauphin St in the city of Santa Maria in Santa Barbara County.
