The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0080-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, The Bouquet Canyon Project Owner, LLC, as represented by Evan Knapp. The whole of the Project includes the construction of a combination of detached single-family lots, auto court detached bungalow units, attached row townhomes, attached motor court condominiums, roadways, and a water quality treatment basin on the 56.90-acre project site. There are 5 total drainages on the Project site that will be impacted by rough grading activities. In addition to grading, Bouquet Canyon Creek will also be impacted by the installation of a water quality basin. Vegetation clearing will be performed by bull dozers with vegetation cutting attachments. Rough grading activities within the development area will result in the placement of earthen fill within 9.77 acres of streambed features and riparian vegetation.
