Document Description
The project consists of a new Specific Plan to replace the existing Rio Vista Specific Plan, initially approved by Riverside County in 1992, which would permit development of up to 1,697 new residential units; 1,269,774 square feet of light industrial land use, 1,428,768 square feet of business park land use; 510.8 acres of natural open space; 14.3 acres of park and recreational amenities and 13.4 public school site. The project would include the following Tentative Tract Maps (TTM): TTM 38639 is a Finance Map that subdivides land solely to convey title to the land but doesn't create any legal building sites; and TTM 37074 that would be recorded after the recordation of the Finance Map and would include the above uses. The project would also induce a Development Agreement between the City and the applicant.
