The project sponsor is proposing to develop two vacant and disturbed parcels (zoned as manufacturing) with a gated self-storage facility that would consist of four, one-story buildings and one, two-story building. The project would feature 105,283 sf of total storage area in the five buildings. The customer lounge would be 2,090 sf in size, and the manager's residence above the customer lounge would be 1,527 sf. The RV storage parking would feature 160 covered spaces and 49 uncovered spaces for a total of 209 RV parking spaces of various dimensions and would include an RV wash station. Additional parking would consist of four customer parking spaces including one handicap space. In addition, there would be one garage parking space for the manager.
