Document Description
Two side-by-side culverts failed due to over-topping during storm events. The culverts rusted and collapsed under the roadway. To avoid future flooding and collapse, the 18-inch culverts will be replaced with 30-inch culvert and backfilled with concrete, with the installation of a headwall.
