Frontier California has requested a highway encroachment permit from Caltrans. This permit will give permission to Inyo Networks to install approx 100-ft of underground telecommunication line within Caltrans ROW. Minor ground excavation will occur as Frontier plans to bore most of the 100-ft.

After a review of the project location it has been determined that no known environmental resources will be impacted by the project. Only more excavation and trenching will occur and all locations will be backfilled. Topsoil will be preserved and replaced for re-vegetation.
