DGS seeks to acquire a parcel of land located at 450 Pioneer Ave, Nipomo, San Luis Obispo County (APN 090-151-014). The acquisition activity will transfer ownership interest of approx 3 acres of land to the State of California under the jurisdiction of Cal Fire. Cal Fire has occupied the subject property for several years. The subject property consists of facilities consist for a Cal Fire Station, with barracks building, apparatus bay buildings, administration offices, paved parking and mature landscaping.
