Raytheon has requested DTSC approve a modification to the Closure Plan, previously approved in 2007 (SCH 2007108283). Specifically, the modification will allow conversion of the East and West Yards of Solid Waste Management Unit 1 (SWMU-1) to 90-day hazardous waste storage areas, rather than demolishing the East and West Yards as previously approved in the 2007 Closure Plan.
