Document Description
Inyo Networks has requested a highway encroachment permit from Caltrans. This permit will give permission to Inyo Networks to install approx 200-ft of underground fiber within Caltrans ROW (dirt shoulder). Minor ground excavation will occur as Inyo Networks plans to bore most of the 200 ft.
