The project is all within existing ROW. All ground disturbance will be between existing edge of pavement and existing edge of pavement. No new previously undisturbed earth will be disturbed. ESA fencing was placed to ensure that no wildlife was affected by the project, and WEAT training was conducted to ensure that crews were trained to not affect kit fox.
