Project received approval of a lease, license, certificate, permit, or other entitlement for use from a public agency prior to April 5, 1973. Certain of the interests in land to be conveyed by PG&E to NID will be encumbered by a Conservation easement which shall preserve the existing natural conditions, including plant or animal habitats.
