Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry Permit to the Southern California Gas Company to perform maintenance repairs on an existing gas line located within Caltrans right-of-way. Access to the site and some staging for the work however, is on a paved access road within Estero Bluffs State Park.
All work will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the endangered species Act (ESA), California environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and the California Public resources Code (PRC).
