CAL OES Parking Lot Repair & Repaving - Phase 2

The proposed project is to improve access to persons with disabilities for compliance with the ADA and CA Building Code (CBC). The access barrier removal project includes removal and replacement of existing signage, revise and install new ADA compliant signage at the CAL OES office located at 3650 Schriever Ave, in the city of Rancho Cordova.
The proposed project also includes repairs to the existing employee parking area which includes repair of minor cracking, replacement of localized pavement failures, surface treatment of asphalt parking area, and re-striping as well as planting and irrigation improvements throughout the site.
Class 1 consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency's determination.
