Document Description
The Department of Forestry and Fire Protections (Cal fire) seeks to acquire an approximately 16 acres parcel of land located along Highway 20 at Hammonton Smartsville Road in Yuba County. The acquisition will prove property to construct a fire station in Smartsville which will accommodate required fire station facilities, associated equipment and Cal Fire personnel. Future actions, including development of the property, will undergo complete environmental review as required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
