Project consists of the sale and assignment of 773 square feet of restored Bailey Class 1, 2, 3, Land Capability restoration credit, from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel on which a new garage to an existing private residence will be constructed. The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the bailey Class 1-3 Land capability areas within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
