Project involves replacing the current informal dry weather crossing across Alderman Creek with a permanent all-weather crossing by installing a railroad car bridge to allow access to the property and future single-family residence. The existing driveway on both ends of the bridge will continue to be used for access. The bridge will include a concrete pier and small retaining wall on either end.
