Document Description
The purpose of this project is to enhance safety along for a segment of existing Ladd Road at the intersection with St. John Road. The proposed improvements consist of widening and overlaying approximately 2,200 linear feet of Ladd Road and approximately 150 linear feet of St. John Road to accommodate the addition of a two-way left turn lane on Ladd Road. These improvements will most likely require the relocation of several existing utility poles along the north side of Ladd Road as well as the possible relocation of an existing irrigation standpipe. The proposed improvements are anticipated to occur entirely within the existing County right-of-way; however, other right-of-entry agreements may be necessary as part of the project construction.
