Document Description
The California Department of Toxic substances control (DTSC) determined remedial actions were required to address chlorinated solvent in soil vapors to prevent vapor intrusion of halogenated volatile organic compounds (HVOC's) into the Saving Cleaners (Facility) building and remediate groundwater contamination. This determination was based upon the findings of the Removal Action Workplan (RAW), prepared by Grib Associates, dated May 11, 2018. DTSC approved the Saving Cleaners RAW pursuant to authority granted under Health and Safety Code, Chapter 6.8, Division 20, Section 25355.5(a)(1)(c).
