Document Description
The Applicant proposes install a new private gangway and floating dock. The gangway will be approximately 21-feet long and 5-feet and connect to the existing access pier. The floating dock will be approximately 23-feet long and 5-feet wide with the western end having 3-foot wings on each side. As needed, handrails will be installed on the gangway and dock. The dock will be secured in place by the use of guy wires that are secured to the shoreline to reduce shifting and allow it to rise and fall with the tide. The Project design does not require the use of any pier piles in Agua Hedionda Lagoon. Construction time is estimated to be seven days.
