Document Description
The project entails replacing a private recreational dock in the same general location as the previously removed dock. This includes replacing the associated gangways, pilings, and utilities (electrical service, communication, potable water and a fire suppression system). After the Project is implemented, the new dock system will result in an approximate net decrease of 0.0026 acre (111 square feet) of overall occupied surface area coverage from San Diego Bay as compared to the original dock.
