Under the Konocti Unified School District Adult School project, an existing 2,400 sf commercial building that served as the Lake Family Resource Center would be demolished, in order to construct one-foot post and pier foundations on an existing concrete slab and transport and install two 960 sf portable buildings (1,920 sf in total), for a proposed adult school. The existing parking lot, parking planter boxers on each corner of the property, and signposts on the northeast corner of the site are proposed to remain.
