Document Description
Project proposes to subdivide an existing 0.42-acre site into four lots and one common parcel and construct two duet-style single family homes (four units total). The common parcel provides shared driveway access to the four home sites and contains bioretention and stormwater control features. The site is within the Mount Hermon June Beetle habitat area. A Low-Effect Habitat Conservation Plan has been submitted to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for permit review of an incidental take permit pursuant to Section 10(a)(1)(B) of the Federal Endangered Species Act. HCP has been published in the Federal Registry (Docket ID: FWS-R8-ES-2018-N022) with a comment period ending November 19, 2018.
